We've received many enquiries regarding the increase in our shipping & handling fee:
Accessories: From $2 to $2.50 per item
Apparels: From $3 to $4 per item
Bags: From $5.50 to $6 per item
This increase is due to the following reasons:
- Some suppliers have started using international courier instead of air mail
- Some suppliers requested for our packages to be insured due to the high value of it (e.g. NT15000)
- We'd have to pay GST for the goods if the carton value is over NT6000
- To prevent miscalculation and confusion we've increased our general shipping & handling fees
We've started this change with Tokyo Fashion #o3 and have received email from shoppers demanding to know why have we increased the fees.
We are able to revert the shipping & handling rates to the previous rates:
Accessories: $2 per item
Apparels: $3 per item
Bags: $5.50 per item
However, please note that if we do so, we'll have to stick by our maximum cap, STRICTLY.
Therefore, might restrict the amount each shopper may purchase for each spree or might even reject orders after the maximum cap is met.
As we'll not be insuring our packages if we revert back to our previous rates, we will not be responsible if the package gets lost or severely damaged. No refunds will be made in such situations.
The finalization of fee increment will be based on shoppers' decision.
